- Accomplish a Performance Survey of Airports and Determine
a "definition of failure" in terms of SCI.
- Accomplish a review of ASTM C-33 deleterious limits for

Foundation is jointly-owned by the American Concrete Pavement
Association, the Portland Cement Association, and the National
